The first domestic large-scale model evaluation group standard for traditional Chinese medicine was released.
The Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in conjunction with the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Research and the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has released the first national standard for the evaluation of large-scale traditional Chinese medicine models. The evaluation standard covers three major capability domains: richness of scenarios, supportability, and application maturity. It comprehensively evaluates the adaptability of traditional Chinese medicine models, functional capabilities, and practical application value across three dimensions. It includes 13 sub-domains such as traditional Chinese clinical diagnosis and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine education, and traditional Chinese medicine research, as well as over 30 capability items such as mining of famous doctor medical cases, assisted diagnosis and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine production and processing, and personalized diagnosis and treatment. The release of the evaluation standards will enhance the professionalism and standardization of intelligent traditional Chinese medicine products, empower medical institutions to improve service efficiency, and help distribute high-quality medical resources to grassroots levels.
