The People's Government of Yongtai County, Fujian Province signed a cooperation framework agreement on the comprehensive land comprehensive improvement of Yongtai County - Yongfu Irrigation District project with Dayu Water Saving Group and others.

On May 8th, the government of Yongtai County in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, signed a cooperation framework agreement for the Yongtai County comprehensive land consolidation project with China Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Bureau 16 Co., Ltd., China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Dayu Water Saving Group Co., Ltd. According to the cooperation agreement, the four parties will closely integrate the irrigation area project with the land comprehensive consolidation project, ensuring seamless connection from design to operation and maintenance throughout the entire cycle of the project. This will form a closed-loop full industry chain of "planning design - investment and financing - construction - operation and maintenance", and strive to build the project into a provincial demonstration project with "fields becoming squares, forests becoming networks, canals connecting, roads linking, drought irrigation, and flood drainage".
