Delta Air Lines and Korean Air will respectively invest $330 million and $220 million to obtain 15% and 10% stakes in WestJet Airlines. After the transaction is completed, Delta Air Lines has the right and intention to sell and transfer its 2.3% stake in WestJet Airlines to joint venture partner Air France-KLM in order to obtain $50 million in funds. This separate transaction still requires approval from Air France-KLM.

Apple often acquires small studios or startups, but most acquisitions are not publicly announced. According to a EU Commission document found by Mac Generation and a blog post by Jeremy Bell, founder of Mayday Labs (which has since been deleted and contained information about Apple), this Canadian startup was acquired by Apple on April 3, 2024. According to archived information on the Mayday website, its core assets primarily involve AI calendar features (used for Mac, iOS, and iPad, the app was disabled after being acquired on May 1, 2024).
