Hong Kong-listed Evergrande Services (06093.HK) plans to sell 51% equity of Jiangsu Shenhua Times Property.

Wisdom Financial News APP reports that Hehong Service (06093.HK) has announced that on May 9, 2025, the seller (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sales agreement with the buyer Jingjiang Zhihui Network. The seller has agreed to sell, and the buyer has agreed to acquire 51% equity of the target company Jiangsu Shenhua Times Property Group Co., Ltd. for a price of 30.5 million yuan, subject to the terms of the sales agreement.
