Financial news from Zhitong, *ST Weil (002058.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire the remaining 49% stake in its subsidiary Shanghai Ziyan Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ziyan Mechanical") held by minority shareholders in cash. The total transaction price for this deal is RMB 42.4882 million.
