The Zhichuan Finance APP reported that China First Capital Group (01777.HK) issued an announcement confirming that (i) all current and former directors have completed the training provided by training institutions approved by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and (ii) after completing the training, the company has provided the Stock Exchange with fully compliant written proof issued by the training institution. The company believes that all current directors are still suitable to continue to serve as directors of the company.
