Shanghai releases the fifth batch of intended residential land to be sold list for this year.

The official website of the Shanghai land market has released information on the list of residential land planned for auction in Shanghai in 2025, as well as the auction notice. According to the auction notice, a total of 6 residential land projects are planned to be auctioned, located in Pudong New Area, Yangpu District, Minhang District, Baoshan District, Qingpu District, and Jinshan District, with a total area of 31.39 hectares. Shanghai plans to issue the residential land auction announcement in mid-May 2025, and to organize trading activities in mid to late June.
