Reifeng New Materials announced on the evening of May 9th that Sinopec Capital, a shareholder holding 13.37% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding trading by no more than 2.9179 million shares, with a reduction ratio of no more than 1% of the total share capital of the company.
