Mr. Fengbin will need to retire at the upcoming annual shareholders' meeting of the company on June 20, 2025. Mr. Fengbin has informed the company that he will not seek re-election at the annual shareholders' meeting in order to dedicate more time to other personal activities and responsibilities, and will therefore retire at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting.
