According to the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, on May 9, 2025, the "Taibao Asset - Century Interconnection Data Center Holding Real Estate Asset Support Special Plan" issuance application has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and issued a letter of no objection. The project type is holding real estate ABS, with a planned issuance amount of 860 million yuan. It is understood that the project was accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 21, 2025, with Beijing Century Interconnection Broadband Data Center Co., Ltd. as the original equity provider and Pacific Asset Management Co., Ltd. as the planned manager.
