Beijing plans to increase support for loans from housing provident funds for the purchase of green buildings and for families with multiple children.

On May 9, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Annual Development Plan for Housing Development in Beijing in 2025", which clearly defined eight key tasks, including continuing to promote the stabilization and improvement of the real estate market, increasing the level of housing security, and effectively utilizing the role of housing provident fund. Among them, in terms of effectively utilizing the role of housing provident fund, it is proposed to increase support for the purchase of green buildings and home loans for families with multiple children, and to provide good service for talent housing security.
