Zhixin Finance APP News, Massgood Holdings (00022.HK) announced that at the board meeting held on May 9, 2025, considering the net proceeds and realized gains from the very significant sale completed by the Group on May 2, 2025; as well as the business, financial, and cash flow situation of the Group, the board of directors decided to distribute a special mid-term cash dividend of HK$0.181 per ordinary share (stock) in the Company's issued share capital to shareholders on the register of the Company at the close of business on May 16, 2025 (Friday). The dividend will be paid on May 30, 2025 (Friday).
