Commerce Ministry Vice Minister Yan Dong stated at the State Council Information Office press conference that cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries is in line with the trend of globalization. The foundation of cooperation between the two sides is solid, with promising prospects, and faces multiple opportunities in the future. The Ministry of Commerce will strengthen communication and coordination with relevant parties in Central and Eastern European countries, as well as Zhejiang Province and Ningbo City, to organize this Expo to a high standard and create a platform for showcasing unique products from Central and Eastern Europe, expanding imports from and promoting mutual investment between China and Central and Eastern European countries, and promoting high-quality development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.
