Hong Kong Dollar interbank rates have almost all fallen, with the one-month interbank rate falling for the fourth consecutive time, breaching the 2% mark.

According to the Securities Times financial APP, on May 9th, Hong Kong dollar interbank rates almost all declined, with overnight rates falling by 29 basis points to 0.09786%, the lowest since July 14, 2022. Meanwhile, the one-month interbank rates related to the property market also fell for the fourth consecutive time, dropping below the 2% level to only 1.93655%, the lowest since September 7, 2022.
