The company was established in January 1987, with Wang Haimin as its legal representative. Its business scope includes tourism information services, retail and wholesale of tourism products, and organization of cultural and artistic exchanges. The company is wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
