The inter-ministerial joint meeting of building a strong intellectual property country recently announced the "2025 Intellectual Property Strong Country Construction Promotion Plan," clarifying 118 key tasks in seven aspects. The "Plan" proposes to accelerate research on establishing data intellectual property protection rules; improve and fully implement the punitive compensation system for infringement; continuously improve the quality and efficiency of patent and trademark examination; improve the system of supporting key core technology research and development through intellectual property, etc.
