The Qichacha app shows that recently, Shenzhen Digital Vertical and Horizontal Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Ouyang Hua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: integrated services for AI industry applications; AI basic resources and technology platforms; AI public data platforms; AI theory and algorithm software development, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is fully owned by Macroview Technology.
