On May 8th, Alibaba open-sourced ZeroSearch, a reinforcement learning framework that enhances the search capabilities of large models without the need to interact with real search engines. It mainly utilizes the rich knowledge accumulated by large models during large-scale pre-training to transform it into a retrieval module that can generate relevant content based on search queries. It can also dynamically control the quality of the generated content, a special feature that traditional search engines do not possess.
