The Zhitong Financial APP reported that Far East Consortium International Limited (02163.HK) issued an announcement that due to her resignation, Wu Jia Wen will no longer serve as the authorized representative (legal process agent) designated by the Securities Listing Rule 19A.13(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company, with effect from May 8, 2025; and (ii) Lam Tsz Chung will be appointed as the legal process agent, with effect from May 8, 2025.
