China Fortune Financial app: Far East Holdings (03360.HK) announced that its subsidiary, Hongxin Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (Hongxin Construction and Development, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as "Hongxin Construction and Development Group"), intends to acquire the equity of a Malaysian company through its wholly-owned subsidiary (the "Transaction").
