Jiahong Yongye Investment Holdings has initiated a redemption application to Shanghai Chenxiang, redeeming an amount of 106 million yuan for Chenxiang Chensheng Fund. The remaining shares will not be redeemed immediately as the investment product of Chenxiang Chensheng Fund has not yet matured, in order to avoid prolonging the settlement of funds, it will be redeemed after the product matures. The transaction amount of this securities investment accounts for 4.18% of the net assets attributable to the shareholders of the listed company as of the latest audited period.
