Beijing Municipality issues a blue alert for strong winds: It is expected that from 5:00 to 20:00 on the 9th, most areas of Beijing will experience winds at level 3 or 4 from the north, with gusts reaching level 6 or 7. In some mountainous areas, gusts may exceed level 8. Please take precautions.
