Chutian Dragon Announcement, shareholder Wenzhou Yima Enterprise Management Center, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 13.8341 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement.
