Intelligence Finance APP news, Wisehome Technology (02481.HK) announced that the company has received notifications from Jiangsu Shuangliang Technology Co., Ltd. (Shuangliang Technology) and Jiangsu Lichuang Innovation Energy Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Lichuang) (both are existing controlling shareholders of the company). In order to simplify their shareholding in the company through internal restructuring, on May 8, 2025, Shuangliang Technology and Jiangsu Lichuang completed the transfer of 150 million shares and 51 million shares (approximately 49.75% and 16.91% of the total number of shares issued by the company as of the date of this announcement) directly held by them to Hongda Group Limited (Hongda), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shuangliang Technology.
