Beijing Youth Daily Media (01000.HK): Beijing Youth Daily, Beijing Youth League Committee, and SOHO China have signed a supplementary agreement to extend the trust management arrangement.

Zhitong Financial APP news, Beijing Youth Daily Media (01000.HK) issued an announcement, regarding the company's controlling shareholder Beijing Youth Daily Media (BQBS) and its actual owner, the Communist Youth League Committee of Beijing Municipality (Beijing Tuan City Committee) entrusting Beijing Capital Venture Group Co., Ltd. (Shouchuang Group) to manage the subsidiary companies of BQBS. The trusteeship period starts from June 18, 2020 for five years, and authorizes Shouchuang Group to exercise the rights and responsibilities of the company's constitution specified shareholders from May 20, 2021 to June 17, 2025, including but not limited to the control, voting, operating and profit rights of the company.
