On the 8th, it was learned from the State Intellectual Property Office that the inter-ministerial joint office for the construction of a strong intellectual property country recently issued the "2025 Plan for the Promotion of the Construction of a Strong Intellectual Property Country," which specifies 118 key tasks in seven aspects such as improving the intellectual property system and strengthening intellectual property protection. A relevant person from the State Intellectual Property Office introduced that in terms of improving the intellectual property system, the plan proposes to improve intellectual property laws and regulations, reform and improve major intellectual property policies, and perfect intellectual property rules in emerging and specific fields.
