With the closing of the 2024 annual report, the latest audit situation of A-shares has emerged. According to data from Wind, as of now, a total of 5411 annual reports have been disclosed in the A-share market, with 5391 reports disclosing annual audit fees totaling 9.708 billion yuan. Among them, Ernst & Young Hua Ming ranked first with an audit fee of 1.388 billion yuan (152 companies), with an average price of 9.1316 million yuan. It is worth mentioning that the four companies (Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Ping An) with annual audit fees exceeding one billion yuan in A-shares were all handled by Ernst & Young Hua Ming. Due to the impact of the "single wave" in 2024, PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhongtian has dropped out of the top ten in the fee list, with the total disclosed annual audit fees of A-shares amounting to only 1.25 billion yuan.
