India conducts its first anti-dumping final ruling on black ink toner products involving China.

On May 6th, the Department of Commerce of India issued a notice confirming the affirmative final ruling on the first anti-dumping sunset review of black toner originating from or imported from mainland China, Malaysia, and Taiwan of China. It recommended continuing to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved from the above-mentioned countries and regions for a period of 5 years.
