Hubei Optics Valley East State Investment Corporation has released the Overseas Debt (New Borrowing to Repay Old) project global coordination personnel tender project first clarification meeting.

On May 8th, Hubei Optics Valley Dongguo State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hubei Optics Valley Dongguo Investment") released the first clarification for the Global Coordinator bidding project for overseas debt (borrow new and repay old).
