Hyatt Hotels Group announced that during the "May Day" Golden Week in 2025, the overall performance of Hyatt Hotels Group in Greater China was impressive, benefiting from an increase in occupancy rates and average room rates. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) during the May Day holiday period increased by nearly 10% compared to the previous year. In cities such as Sanya, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and the Greater Bay Area where leisure tourism and business travel are balanced, as well as in the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions, both occupancy rates and average daily rates (ADR) saw growth. Meanwhile, Hyatt hotels in cities such as Xiamen, Shenzhen, Suzhou, and Hainan achieved double-digit growth in occupancy rates, demonstrating strong competitiveness. Additionally, during the May Day period, Alila East Island in Zhuhai stood out in the local hotel market with a RevPAR that was 2.5 times that of similar luxury and high-end hotels in Zhuhai.
