Tianyancha App shows that recently, China Baowu Steel Group Co., Ltd. has undergone changes in its business registration, with its registered capital increasing from about 52.791 billion RMB to about 52.897 billion RMB. The company was established in January 1992, with Hu Wangming as its legal representative. Its business scope includes investment activities, investment management, and corporate headquarters management using its own funds. It is wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
