According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Henan Rehabilitation Star Future Health Investment Partnership Enterprise was established with a capital contribution of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: engaging in investment activities with self-owned funds; enterprise management; and information consulting services. Equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the partnership enterprise is jointly held by Shanghai Fosun Puyao Investment Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Fosun Pharmaceutical, and Shanghai Fosun High-Tech Co., Ltd.
