According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Chongqing Baoyi Intelligent Traffic Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Longcai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: artificial intelligence application software development; network and information security software development; mobile terminal device manufacturing; intelligent in-vehicle equipment manufacturing; communication equipment manufacturing, etc. Equity penetration analysis by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Baoyi Traffic Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Tongxing Bao and Jinyi Technology.
