Aspen Insurance priced its initial public offering in New York on Wednesday within market expectations, raising $397.5 million for the Bermuda-based specialty insurance company. The APO.N insurance company, controlled by Apollo Global Management, sold 13.25 million shares at a price of $30 per share, within its target range of $29 to $31 per share. Against the backdrop of market uncertainty and concerns about economic downturn exacerbated by President Trump's unpredictable trade policies, the valuation of the insurance company's IPO is approximately $2.76 billion.
