The United Nations Security Council deliberated on the North Korean nuclear issue early this morning, May 7th local time, Beijing time. Chinese Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Geng Shuang refuted the accusations made by the US representative in his speech and urged the US to stop using the Security Council to engage in finger-pointing diplomacy.
