The Zhixin Finance APP news, U Ju Holdings (01948) and Offeror Autumn Harvest Ltd jointly announced that on May 7, 2025, the Offeror completed the purchase of 303,695,400 shares of Infinity Investment Holdings Limited, accounting for 50.62% of the total number of shares issued by the company as of the date of this joint announcement, at a total cost of HK $212,586,780 (equivalent to HK $0.70 per share).
