Rise Sun Corporation: The US Revokes Scope Investigation of Vietnamese Steel Wheels

Sunrise Group announced that the U.S. Department of Commerce issued its final ruling on May 6, 2025, revoking the scope investigation initiated on July 3, 2024, regarding the use of Chinese wheel components in Vietnam-made steel wheels with a diameter of 22.5 to 24.5 inches. The uncertainty of the investigation had previously had a negative impact on the company's sales revenue for the fiscal year 2024 and the first quarter of 2025. By actively responding to the investigation, Vietnam's New Chang Cheng was successful in having the Department of Commerce revoke the investigation after two rounds of review. This will help alleviate concerns about the origin of the products for customers and promote the positive impact on the recovery of export orders and the future overseas business layout for the company.
