Electrochemical energy storage project units should implement the main responsibility for safety production, coordinate and do a good job in project planning, design, construction, operation, and decommissioning safety management throughout the entire process. Safety facilities of the project should be simultaneously designed, constructed, put into production and use with the main engineering.
