It will carry out the "credit +" project in the consumption field, improve the joint punishment mechanism for dishonesty in key areas, strengthen the investigation and resolution of consumption disputes, solidly promote the construction of online consumption dispute resolution mechanisms, and improve the diversified resolution mechanisms for consumption disputes. It will rectify unreasonable business practices such as "lowest price on the whole network" in the online sales and live streaming sectors, and promote fair pricing. It will crack down harshly on the sale of counterfeit and shoddy products, and investigate and punish illegal activities such as price fraud, false advertising, and failure to price clearly as stipulated by law.
