According to the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province, from January to April 2025, the real estate market in Guangdong Province continued to stabilize after a period of decline. Both the transaction area and amount of new commercial housing and second-hand housing increased compared to the same period last year, achieving a "good start" for the real estate market. During the May Day holiday, local housing departments collaborated with real estate companies to launch a variety of promotional activities to stimulate housing consumption demand. By optimizing housing consumption policies and accelerating the release of housing demand, the real estate market in the province maintained a good growth momentum.
