Hang Seng Technology Index Fell, Previously Rose Nearly 3%

Hong Kong stocks continued to fall, with the Hang Seng Technology Index turning down after rising nearly 3% earlier. The Hang Seng Index is currently up by 0.5%, following a more than 2% increase earlier.
