The People's Bank of China will establish a technology innovation bond risk sharing tool.

On May 7th, the Governor of the People's Bank of China, Pan Gongsheng, announced at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that they will establish a risk-sharing tool for technology innovation bonds.
