The Zhichuan Financial APP reported that Suao Sensing (300507.SZ) issued an announcement on May 6, 2025, stating that Zhong Chuangxin Aviation Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhong Chuangxin") signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Li Hongqing. Mr. Li Hongqing agreed to transfer his 87.6204 million shares of the company (11% of the total number of shares) to Zhong Chuangxin. After the completion of this share transfer, Mr. Li Hongqing still holds 203.5 million shares of the company (25.55% of the total share capital).
