Cloudy Holdings: elect Mou Jiayun as chairman

On May 6th, Cloud Holding announced that the board of directors agreed to appoint Mou Jiayun as the chairman of the seventh board of directors, to appoint Song Rui as the vice chairman of the seventh board of directors, to appoint Song Rui as the company's CEO, and to appoint Zhang Guangxi, Zhou Yan, Kan Xiguo, and Che Mao as vice presidents of the company.
