The Financial News APP reports that Emperor Financial Group (08029) announced that, according to Executive Director and Chairman Zheng Dinggang, Fresh Success Investments Limited (a company owned 90% by Mr. Zheng Dinggang) (the selling shareholder) entered into a memorandum of understanding with the independent third party Orange Peak Capital Group (BVI) Limited (the potential buyer) on April 29, 2025. The memorandum of understanding is about the potential sale of 143,791,404 ordinary shares, representing all of the selling shareholder's equity in the company and approximately 61.61% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of the shares on May 7, 2025 at 9:00 am.
