The new edition of "Guidelines for the Construction of National Intelligent Manufacturing Standard System" has been released.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Administration jointly issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of National Smart Manufacturing Standards System." Based on the 2021 version, this guideline optimizes the framework and layout of the standard system, further focusing on the integration and application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence in manufacturing industries. It adds standard construction content in five areas including intelligent equipment, industrial software, and new smart manufacturing models, revises 11 aspects such as basic general, intelligent empowerment technology, and electronic information application, and clarifies relevant measures for organization and implementation. In the next step, the National Standardization Administration, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments, will continue to improve the top-level design of smart manufacturing standards, increase standard supply, strengthen promotion and implementation, deepen international cooperation, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, lead the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation of the manufacturing industry, and help promote the high-quality development of new industrialization.
