Tycoon Group: Intends to spin off TCPCL beverage business for listing in Thailand.

On May 6, Taikoo Group Limited announced its plan to spin off THAINAMTHIP CORPORATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and list it independently on the Thailand Stock Exchange. Data shows that TCPCL is an indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The TCPCL group mainly operates in 63 provinces out of 77 provinces in Thailand and Laos, engaging in the preparation, packaging, distribution, and sale of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages, which are branded by The Coca-Cola Company. SCCSEA owns approximately 55.59% of TCPCL, and SCCSEA is wholly owned by Taikoo Coca-Cola, which is wholly owned by Taikoo Beverage Holdings, another wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
