Tianyancha property clue information shows that recently, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. has applied to register the trademarks "Chery Ziqi", "Ziqi and Ming", and "Boya Zhiyin", all classified internationally as scientific instruments. The current status of the trademarks is all awaiting substantive examination. The company was established in January 1997, with Yin Tongyue as the legal representative and registered capital of approximately 5.47 billion RMB. It is jointly owned by Chery Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Anhui Credit Financing Guarantee Group Co., Ltd., Wuhu Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., etc.
