Zhejiang Province Housing Provident Fund's 2024 Annual Report Released

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the "Zhejiang Provincial Housing Provident Fund Annual Report 2024". In 2024, a total of 472,900 units and 11,838,200 employees in the province contributed a total of 259.196 billion yuan to the housing provident fund, representing year-on-year increases of 6.2%, 2.68%, and 5.06% respectively. 5.5572 million employees withdrew a total of 201.415 billion yuan from the housing provident fund, and a total of 133,600 loans amounting to 86.662 billion yuan were disbursed for individual housing provident fund loans throughout the year.
