Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) established a new energy technology company in Hangzhou and Ya'an.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, two companies named Century Qiji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. were established with registered capital of 5 million yuan each. Their business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities, and sales of complete new energy vehicles. Qichacha equity penetration shows that both companies are indirectly wholly owned by Ningde Times' subsidiary Ningpu Times Battery Technology Co., Ltd.
